Estimate and Payment
All estimates provided are based on the information supplied by the customer. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjusted pricing. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move to avoid cancellation fees.

Customers may receive messages weekly if needed regarding their moving process or booking process or if customer has any question in general. Message and data rates may apply.

Customers Responsibilities
It is customers responsibility to book the date for requesting services and pay deposit. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours since deposit pay link sent, availability is not guaranteed.
Damage Claims
Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Customers must provide photographic evidence and a description of the damage for claims processing.
Changes to these terms
Sacramento Brothers Moving LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any modifications.
